They were very nice, I must have tried on twenty helmets, she was very helpful on every subject. I will be doing all future purchases with this company. "Man let me tell you. You need a bike stop in and ask for brian, he will hook you up. Need some parts just talk to justin kaylor in parts dept, where its never on back order. Got an engine problem just see jimmy land, jesse gilbert, or chris head, they will have you back on the track in a jiffy. al Lanes is a great place to do business would not buy anything anywhere else Great group of people. Make you feel like family."

"I can't comment on service, parts, and accessories just yet but I can comment on the on the rest. I walked in Al Lanes after visiting several Kawasaki dealerships in my surrounding area. I was checking all dealerships for their used inventory. However, I decided on something new and went to the only dealership that I ever saw a Versys. All other dealerships were sold out. When I showed up, I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. I think my comment was "the only bike that you don't have, the Versys". Brian immediately picked up the phone and called another dealer. After 15 or 20 seconds on the phone he said he could have one there the next day. Well the rest is history. Every other dealer that I had inquired about the Versys said they were sold out and would'nt get anymore until the following year, and that the manufacturer did'nt expect a big run on bikes, especially the Versys. However, Brian Lane made something happen to satisfy a customer. That's how business should be done. Networking with othe dealers to give a customer what they want. Al Lanes in Lincolnton has earned a customer that refers his friends and will be a repeat customer. Thanks"
